LONG NECK DIPLODOCUS #31

🦕 Diplodocus ⭐ Simple (Kids) 🕰️ Cretaceous 🦕 Herbivore 🦕

The diplodocus's long neck curves from its shoulders to a small head turned toward the viewer, with one large round eye and two pointed tufts on top of its head. Its body rests on four sturdy legs and carries round and oval spots of many sizes, from the neck down to the tail trailing along the ground. Behind it, a smoking volcano rises between the neck and the back, surrounded by palm trees of different heights, including one very tall trunk with ringed bark. Pointed ferns and a few small rocks complete this printable coloring page. The outline stays bold and clean around the dinosaur's body, which keeps the page approachable, though the many spots on the back and the detailed palm fronds add texture that takes a bit more patience. Filling everything in takes about thirty minutes, a good fit from around age 6 upward; younger kids can stick to the dino's body and skip the background. Since the spots vary so much in size, coloring the largest ones first with marker before switching to pencil for the smaller ones keeps edges from bleeding. For crisp results, print this coloring page on A4 paper at 200gsm or heavier.
