BARYONYX COLORING PAGE #4

🌊 Baryonyx 🥰 Cute / Kawaii 🕰️ early_cretaceous 🦕 Herbivore 🦕

This dino resembles a Baryonyx, standing upright on its hind legs and facing left with its long, narrow snout open in a toothy grin. A round eye sits above rows of small conical teeth, and the whole body, from shoulders to tail tip, is patterned with large oval spots. A ridge of low spikes runs along its spine and down the tail. Its right claw grips a fish just pulled from the water, while the left arm stays folded against the chest. Around it, two coconut palms rise on the left, ferns and cycad fronds fill the rocky ground, and behind the dino a volcano sends a thick plume of smoke over a slope streaked with lava. As a coloring page, this one mixes big, easy zones — the belly, the smoke cloud — with fiddlier ones, like the fern leaves and the little teeth. The repeating spots make a great exercise in keeping shades consistent without straying outside the lines. Younger children can stick to the dino and the rocks, while older ones can carry the printable through the palms and volcano too. Expect around thirty minutes to finish the whole scene carefully. Color the spots along the back before the background, so the thin white gaps between them don't get swallowed up. Print this coloring page on A4 paper at 200gsm to keep felt-tip color from bleeding through and the tail ridges crisp.
