This coloring page shows a baby Spinosaurus with round eyes and a gentle smile, standing in a shallow pool where the water ripples in circles around its feet and long tail. A small ridged fin runs along its back, and oval spots cover its whole body. Loose rocks line the water's edge, framed by palm trees heavy with coconuts, ferns and a smoking volcano in the distance. The dino itself colors quickly: large simple shapes and big round spots, well suited to younger children. The background asks for more care, since ferns, palm bark and the water's rippling circles break it into many small sections. Coloring just the baby takes about half an hour, near an hour with the whole scene. Coloring the back spots before the water below keeps the two areas from blending at the rippling circles.
