A small spotted sea creature swims right beside a long-necked dino that has surfaced with its head raised and a smile on its rounded snout. Behind them, a tiny island holds two palm trees and a smoking volcano, with hills lining the horizon. Underwater, a coiled ammonite shell sits near several small spotted oval creatures, two spotted starfish rest among the rocks, and clumps of seaweed rise beside streams of bubbles. The linework on this coloring page stays clean and closed, with no cross-hatching: the dino's body fills a large part of the sheet, an easy zone for a beginner's hand. The real challenge sits in the dozens of small circles across its back and in the miniature seafloor creatures, which need a fine tip and a steady hand.
