A spinosaurus wades through shallow water on all fours, mouth open in a toothy smile, one round eye clearly drawn. Its sail rises from the back with long vertical stripes, and oval spots cover the neck, back, flanks and tail in loose clusters. Rounded rocks line the near and far bank, palm trees frame both sides of the scene, ferns grow in clumps, and a volcano puffs smoke between the trees in the background. The water curls into thin ripples and a few droplets fly up under its feet. This coloring page mixes big open areas with tight detail: the belly and sail fill in quickly, but the many small oval spots and the palm fronds call for a finer hand.
