This Stegosaurus stands in profile, facing right, with a gentle smile and a round eye. Along its back runs a row of pointed plates, tallest in the middle of the body and smaller near the tail, which ends in two short spikes. Oval spots dot its body and legs. Two coconut-laden palm trees frame a small volcano puffing a cloud of smoke in the background, while curled fern fronds and scattered rocks fill the foreground on both sides of the dino. The linework is thick and rounded, drawn with young hands in mind: the back plates, palm leaves and rocks give large, easy-to-fill areas, while the small round spots on the body and the volcano's details call for a steadier hand.
