This T-Rex is caught mid-stride, jaws wide open with teeth on display, tiny arms tucked in front while one back leg still touches the ground and the other lifts up. Fine stripes run along its back and tail, and round spots mark its belly. It runs down a winding path between palm trees, curly-fronded ferns and scattered rocks, with a smoking volcano behind it. The dinosaur's thick outline leaves large, easy areas to fill on the body and legs. The back stripes and belly spots are smaller and need a steadier hand. The background adds work, with detailed fern fronds, palm leaves and rock facets. This coloring page suits kids from about 6-7 for the dinosaur alone, and takes longer if the whole background gets colored, making it a solid printable choice.
