Set inside a round frame, this coloring page shows a young Oviraptor standing on its hind legs, beak open in a wide smile. Its raised arms carry long feathers that fall like little wings, and a rounded crest tops its head. Oval spots of different sizes cover its body all the way to the tail curling along the ground. Behind it, a volcano smokes between two hills, framed by palm trees, a coiled fern, and a few pebbles beside a thin trickle of water. The outline stays fine across the many spots on the body, best filled in patiently one at a time, while the volcano, palm leaves, and hills give large, quick-to-color areas. This printable coloring page suits children from about 6-7 working alone, or younger with an adult's help on the small ovals. Plan for around twenty minutes.
