This printable coloring page shows a young dino covered in round markings, from small dots along the neck to large circles on the flank and tail, with a row of small bumps running down its back. It stands on four legs with its front left paw raised as if mid-step, curved neck tilted forward, big round eye and a gentle smile. Two palm trees frame the scene, ferns and grass tufts fill the sides, round pebbles sit near its feet, and a volcano puffs a large cloud of smoke behind it. The main outlines - body, palm trees, volcano - stay bold and clean, easy enough for a first coloring attempt from about age 5. The many small circles on the back and tail call for a finer marker and steadier hand, better suited to slightly older children. Expect around 30 to 40 minutes for a fully colored version. To keep the dozens of circles consistent, pick two or three colors ahead of time and repeat them in the same order across the whole dino. This coloring page prints well on heavier paper: A4 or US letter, 200 gsm cardstock, so markers won't bleed through.
