This dino stands upright with both arms raised and its clawed fingers spread. Two small horns sit above its round eyes, and its open mouth shows a row of teeth. Oval spots of different sizes cover its head, back, thighs and long tail, which curls down to the ground. Around it are coconut palms, curled fern fronds, two rounded stones, and a volcano releasing a plume of smoke in the background. The outline is thick and rounded, built around large, easy shapes like the belly, thighs and tail. The scattered spots and the thin palm leaves take the most time, since they break the picture into many small pieces. This printable coloring page suits children from about 5 years old and takes close to twenty minutes for a careful colorist. Coloring the spots in a shade that clearly contrasts with the surrounding skin keeps them from blending in once finished.
