EATING PARASAUROLOPHUS #6

🦕 Parasaurolophus ⭐ Simple (Kids) 🕰️ Cretaceous 🦕 Herbivore 🦕

This long-necked dino carries the curved, backward-sweeping tube crest that identifies a Parasaurolophus, and holds a leafy branch in its mouth, one front foot lifted as it chews. Its round body is dotted with oval spots. Two palm trees frame the scene, fern fronds and a leafy tuft rise from the ground, and small rounded rocks are scattered around its feet. In the background, between the two palms, a volcano releases a puff of smoke. The linework is thick and rounded, in a soft style built for small hands: the body, head, and the volcano's smoke cloud form large, easy-to-fill areas. The ferns and palm fronds, cut into finer segments, ask for a little more patience. This coloring page suits children from preschool age and takes about twenty minutes to complete, longer if every fern leaflet gets its own color. On this printable, start with the dino's large zones before moving to the finely segmented fern fronds, which stand out better once the rest is filled in. Print this coloring page on thick A4 paper (at least 160gsm) so markers and crayons don't bleed through.
