This long-necked dino carries the curved, backward-sweeping tube crest that identifies a Parasaurolophus, and holds a leafy branch in its mouth, one front foot lifted as it chews. Its round body is dotted with oval spots. Two palm trees frame the scene, fern fronds and a leafy tuft rise from the ground, and small rounded rocks are scattered around its feet. In the background, between the two palms, a volcano releases a puff of smoke. The linework is thick and rounded, in a soft style built for small hands: the body, head, and the volcano's smoke cloud form large, easy-to-fill areas. The ferns and palm fronds, cut into finer segments, ask for a little more patience.
