The dino's neck stretches straight up to reach the leaves of the tall palm tree in the foreground, its mouth open around a frond as if caught mid-bite. Round spots cover its neck, back and the long tail that curves down toward the ground behind it. In the distance a volcano sends up a cloud of smoke above rolling hills, and smaller palm trees dot the horizon on the right. Rocks and clumps of spiky foliage sit at the dinosaur's feet on both sides of the scene. The outline stays even across the body, but the round spots call for a steady hand since each one is a small shape to fill without going over the edge. The palm fronds are cut into many narrow points, adding detail work, while the belly, legs and volcano smoke leave wide open areas that go quickly.
