A young ankylosaurus with a cheerful grin walks toward the right, a short horn on its snout and small spikes lining its cheeks. Rounded plates of different sizes cover its back, framed by a row of points that trails down to a thin, tapering tail. Around it, several palm trees loaded with coconuts surround a volcano releasing a thin trail of smoke. On the ground, bushy ferns and a few rounded rocks fill the lower corners of the scene. The outline is thick and even, and the back plates form large rounded shapes that are easy to color one by one, making this coloring page suitable for children from about age 5. The palm fronds and ferns are more cut up and call for a bit more care with a fine marker. Filling in this printable, volcano and rocks included, takes around 25 minutes.
