CUTE DIPLODOCUS #12

🦕 Diplodocus 🦖 Realistic 🕰️ Triassic 🦕 Herbivore 🦕

The diplodocus stretches its long neck down toward the viewer, mouth open in a smile and one round eye looking straight ahead. A row of oval spots runs along its rounded back, and its long tail curls into a spiral at the tip. Four sturdy legs rest on a patch of ground scattered with small pebbles. Behind the dino, a volcano puffs out a cloud of smoke between two palm trees, while ferns with spiral-curled fronds fill the space on both sides. On this coloring page, the lines stay thick and rounded across the body, neck and volcano, leaving wide, easy sections to fill in. The trickier spots are the curled ferns and the smoke cloud, where the shapes are smaller and closer together. It suits children who are just starting out with coloring pages, and takes around fifteen minutes to finish carefully. Since the body and the volcano cover the most space, it helps to color those large areas first and save the fern spirals for last, when a steadier hand is needed for the smaller curls. The row of spots along the back is also a good place to try a second color, to make it stand out from the rest of the dino. For a clean result, print this printable coloring page on A4 paper at 200 gsm, thick enough to hold markers or pencils without bleeding through.
