BRACHIOSAURUS HERD #10
Three Brachiosaurus stand together: one tall adult flanked by two smaller ones that look almost identical to it. The adult's neck rises straight up, its head turned with a smile, while both youngsters also tilt their heads upward. Behind them a volcano sends up a cloud of smoke, framed by two palm trees loaded with coconuts. Rocks and curled ferns are scattered across the ground. This coloring page plays with scale: the adult's body is covered in many oval spots of different sizes to fill in one by one, while the two smaller dinosaurs, being more compact, go faster. The palm trees, with their jagged fronds, and the volcano's smoke cloud call for a steadier hand. With three characters and a full background, this printable takes longer than a single-dinosaur sheet, but stays manageable once a child can keep inside the lines. Working through one dinosaur at a time, rather than jumping between all three at once, keeps the session from feeling scattered. This dino coloring page also works well with a different shade for each Brachiosaurus, so they stay easy to tell apart. For printing, standard letter or A4 paper at 120 gsm or higher keeps markers from bleeding through.
