ROARING ALLOSAURUS #17
Jaws wide open and teeth bared, this allosaurus rears up on its hind legs, head turned to one side with one round eye wide open. Its small clawed arms are folded against its chest, and its tail, marked with diagonal bands, trails along the ground. Round spots of every size cover the skin. Behind it, a volcano puffs out smoke between two palm trees, with ferns, faceted boulders and small round pebbles scattered on the ground. The outline is thick and rounded, alternating big easy zones — belly, thigh — with finer details like the back spots or the volcano's smoke curls. This coloring page suits children from about 4-5 for the main shapes, and up to 8-9 to finish the ferns and scales neatly. Plan on roughly twenty minutes to color the whole dino. Start with the two large circles on the belly and thigh to set the dino's main color, then vary the greens across the palms and ferns, saving orange and red for the volcano's cloud. For a crisp printable result, print this coloring page at A4 on paper of at least 200 gsm.
